You work at Microsoft, shouldn’t you ask your colleagues?? My take is yes if you secure it properly. Follow security best practices. Some azure services have experienced vulnerabilities like cosmoDB so just be on the lookout and hopefully your security team has microsoft sentinel and what not configured Edit: i just realized this question was about layoffs lmao.

From my experience, you ain't safe unless a lead in your org sends out a mass email giving everyone an "all clear". The email won't obviously say that, it'll try to empathize with the teammates that were let go and say some executive/leadership message about new direction or new priorities.

Not sure ... but we will see more cuts in all BIG TECHS
