Looks good, but you are over estimating perf bonus by atleast 5 lakhs. Practically, its around 10% of base. After discounting also, this is a GOOD offer. For second year onwards, stock refreshers may not makeup for 8L worth of joining bonus. So, be prepared for a TC drop from 2nd year.
