I am starting work in a few weeks at Microsoft. Can anybody tell me what benefits I might get that I can use before end of year? Do I have access to the stay fit benefit right away? Xbox Pass? Yes but you would get $400 instead of $800 as there is a cutoff date before which you should join to get the full benefit. If your manager approves, you can get additional $300 equipment. Xbox Pass is heavily discounted along with other subscriptions office, windows etc on the internal store. Some discount on hardware but everything is out of stock ATM. Discounted software purchases are capped @ $1200 per year. LinkedIn Business discount ($15 p.m).
