Microsoft CTJ/Cleared teams
Interviewed with Microsoft CTJ/Cleared space. Interview went very well. What are the best and worst teams that CTJ Software Engineers can join? I know some teams are very ops and on call heavy. I dont mind having on-call every so often, and doing some ops work is okay, but really want to spend 50%+ of my time doing dev work. What teams should I go for and which should I avoid? I’m not near that level so I can’t say, but MSFT does give sign on bonuses to lower levels so I imagine 66 would get a sign-on as well.

Leveling happens based on interview performance and I just had the interview. I was aiming for 61 or 62.
Sounds like he attended a cleared hiring event perhaps (think we had one within the last few days). These would typically be lower level in my experience 59-62.
