Hello all, My wife is a contractor for MSFT and her team is opening up her role to full time where she has a very good shot of getting it. This is for a Marketing role. My question is if she gets an offer is there typical wiggle room to negotiate the offer like you would if you were coming from the outside? Any tips would be appreciated. She'll need to find out what level the FTE role is going to be at. That will dictate the wiggle room if they can only hire for a certain level. They will know she won't have too much choice though if it's the end of her 18 mths as a contractor.
