Is ESPP at Microsoft Pre-Taxed or Post-Taxed ? What is a way to make the best use of it ? #microsoft

It's post-tax. It's just a quick way to get a 1.5% raise when you sell immediately.
Oh so you can sell it off immediately with no with hold time ? How do you calculate it as 1.5% raise ?
It’s 10% discount on up to 15% of your post tax.
It is post tax. Regardless of if you want to hold or not, you should max it. If you do not want to hold, then sell on the same day. Selling on the same day is guaranteed income. Personally, I hold, and the most recent batch is at like +35% (incl 10% rebate, but still)
NVDA is 15% pretax, I thought that’s the norm?
