It's post-tax. It's just a quick way to get a 1.5% raise when you sell immediately.

It’s 10% discount on up to 15% of your post tax.

It is post tax. Regardless of if you want to hold or not, you should max it. If you do not want to hold, then sell on the same day. Selling on the same day is guaranteed income. Personally, I hold, and the most recent batch is at like +35% (incl 10% rebate, but still)
