How many folks do they hire in a microsoft hiring event? What is expected of the candidates in such rounds, can anyone give an insight ?
Is it happening now?
It’s bs. They offer 60-62 levels with very low pay. Don’t waste your time

Hmm, idk I got a 60 level position with 205k TC, 30k sign on. That's 30k more than median TC a year for level 60 in my area. The interview itself was straightforward. Online assessment and virtual onsite of 4 rounds with different people. I was already doing leetcode every day for 3 months, but tbh I didn't get any leetcode type of questions for my virtual onsite. (Note I did not add the sign on to TC)
Hiring events assume there's enough HCs for everyone. Source - been through 2 different ones. And also been on the other side as well. This is the easiest way to get in. Don't forget to brush up os primitives. Microsoft doenst just ask LCs
This is not true.
How to know about these hiring events?
As many as those who clear the interview
Is this in Seattle ?
When?
Is anyone participating? Has anyone done the online assessment? Want to do it together?
Yea, it sure feels great to interview for your own job. Not!
