Microsoft Immigration Team and mailing H1B approval notice outside the US

Can/will the MS Immigration Team agree to mail my I129 H1B approval notice to Canada? I need to travel to Canada after my petition is filed. Do they mail the approval notice abroad? Has anyone had experience with this? #workvisa #h1b #microsoft #msft
