Microsoft L60 ML Engineer TC?

Got reached out by a recruiter after my on-site for an ML Engineer role in Bing. The level was determined to be L60. I have about 3 Yoe. This role is based out of Seattle. I'm trying to talk with the manager and see if there are any open posns in Cali. The recruiter wants me to give a salary estimate before she comes up with an offer. 1. Can I opt for a higher level > L60? Or is this standard for a 3 Yoe? 2. What's a good estimate? Should I give her like an overall TC or a specific breakdown? Does asking a TC of 200-230k sound ambitious? Because I have definitely seen posts with tc in that range. Please help me, blind! #microsoft #offer #bing #ml
