Hi All, I'm trying to understand what will be the fair compensation for the Business Analytics Specialist role (L62) at Microsoft. Here is what I was thinking: Base Pay - $130K - $140K Sign On - $50K - $60K (over 2 years) Annual Bonus - $20K - $30K Stocks - $100K - $120K ($25K - $30K) TC - $210K - $230K Current TC - $150K EOY - 3.5 Yrs in US & 3.5 Yrs outside To build the offer, I was asked to provide considerations or walk aways that I will have to make if I take the offer: My near-term considerations:- Promotion in Dec - TC ~$175K Bonus in Feb - $35K Now, quick questions: 1. Are these considerations included in the offer or additional? 2. Is there any other part of the TC, I'm missing? 3. Is there any other consideration, I should add? Any guidance will be appreciated! Thanks in advance!! #microsoft #businessanalyst #analytics #L62
I don’t think specialist pays this much, but let us know!
Can you tell me what is the fair breakup?
bumping the thread seeking additional feedback
What would be TC in India for same role?
Hey, how did it go, did they negotiate?
Sales is the highest paid people in every single organization on the planet. So let’s start there. Base looks within range. Sign on bonus - idk about that looks very high. I’d think 10-20K is more within what they would go for for signing but I got hired young. Stock looks way high for sales - I’d think $20K over 4 years is a good ask. Performance income probably ~0% of base. Sales bonus ~60% of based. For L62 Specialist I think this is within range Base: $130-$150K depending on location Total Bonus: $100-$120K performance based Annual Stock: $10-$20K performance based TC Annually -$250 - $260K
Forget it. Msft can't even pay L62 engineer this much
Can you tell me what is the fair breakup?
Base might be ok but stock would be around 40k in total for 4 years. Bonus is 10% of base. 10k - 20k of sign-on if the team really wants you - this is for L62 engineers. Can't speak of BA
