This is very close to their best offer, so don't think too much and take. Even I was offered a very low offer but had to accept as my current comp is not very high.

Great 64 offer. Beats most internally promoted 65 TC. But do remember that 64 to 65 wouldn't be easy. Minimum of 2-3 years, never happens for a lot of folks.
How much difference is work and responsibilities b/w L64 and L65?
Isn't employer contribution of PF calculated outside of the Base?? Base generally includes employee contribution.
Most of the companies have employer contribution as part of Base only
Interesting, I never had it like this. Base generally is your basic + flexi benefits that entirely comes as fixed pay. Employer PF and gratuity is outside of base.
