Microsoft New Grad - 1 professional experience
I’ve graudated in May 2019 and I have 1 year experience as a SWE (excluding internships). Would my application for Microsoft SWE new grad be rejected since part of requirement is —12 months of graduation or graduated within the last 12 months? #newgrad #microsoft

Why would you apply for a new grad role? There should be positions for devs with experience. Even if it’s only a year

Not sure if others have done this before, but you could try to apply & interview for a new grad role and then ask to be upleveled to L60.

Why would you want to come in as a new grad if you have 1 yoe?
Other postings are for 2+ years so I’m looking for something that’s more aligned with my yoe.
Hmm Microsoft pays a lot more for new grads but not sure if OP would technically count
