Do people underestimate E6 role at meta?
Wanted to know what the typical salary range for a TPM with 5 YOE of experience would be for both Palantir and Microsoft
Any insight on Deployment Strategist role at PLTR?
130-160 base + 40-60 stock/year
Thank you Northrop
In Blind terms I believe it would go something like: - Most startups: š„ - Capital One: š„š„ - Microsoft: š„š„š„ - Palantir: š„š„š„š„ I hope that helps
C1 pays peanuts but from my interview, it seems like it would be a chill place to work.
A C1 associate with around 2 YOE can expect ~$150k TC (not including the 7.5% 401k match) in the DC area. I assume Microsoft pays more, but most startups and defense contractors in the area have starting salaries of like $80k with no stock and maybe a small bonus. Iād assume 2 YOE would get a bit more, but not double. Just wanted to add a figure for perspective.
