Is there a minimum tenure you need to serve before applying for International transfer ? Or once we become L62 we can apply instantly ?
Bloomberg.
Go to Amsterdam You will have the time of your life
RSUs and vesting schedules are meant to incentivize people to stay, I can see someone making the decision to stay if they're leaving 30k+ that they'd earn in a few months, but 20/3= ~6k per year, I think the whole point of this benefit is that they can claim that they provide equity like other big tech.
Is msft still sponsoring internal transfers to us? Which org is this op?
Can I dm you regd booking interview experience?
