Microsoft Rewards (IDC) - 2023
I got a bonus of 8% and stock renewal of 7500 USD. I'm an L62. I think the bonus is utter low and am clueless if the stock options are any good. Have I been low balled heavily? I've been pretty decent at my job. What is the bonus you all are receiving? #microsoft
Same. But, didn't perform well.
Received exactly the same at L62. Manager said this is for “meets expectations” as 80 is the new 100, but I don’t trust him at this point.

L61 8% bonus, 5400 stock. Performance was adequate.
I moved to a new team this year and received 80%. It has already been 1.5 years at this level. Are there any chances of promotion next year or should I think about switching?
Switching internal or external? Internal switching doesn't make much sense.

Bonus : 15%, stock : 18000$(range: 25000) L62 around 1yr at MSFT, anyone can help with calculation of is it 100/120/140?

Some of us didn’t get stock lol
I and most of my colleagues n frnds received 10 % bonus n 50% of stock compensation range. This is for good performers.
