Microsoft Software Engineer II Interview
I had a 4-round loop last week. Mostly positive but I can’t tell for sure. I asked good questions, as they explicitly claimed. The HM round Friday evening was strange. I thought it would be AA, but she hit me with Q&A first, then behavioral, and then algo. Algo was a Leetcode Hard. We spent like 2 hours together to solve 🧐 I’m wondering what makes the HM do that. Still waiting on response. Anxious every day. Recruiter said he’d give me an update after 5 biz days. My HM round included technical, behavioral and coding questions. Before the interview I was able to confirm with recruiter regarding the format of the interview so I was mentally prepared
Mine didn’t give me a single clue. I had an Amazon SDE2 loop last year so I was on my feet. Things were easier than expected, but still, can’t tell
