Microsoft WSD kernel team

How is the WSD( windows servicing and delivery) team? Had a chat recently with a HM regarding the position. I am wondering what is the growth, wlb and overall engineering culture. Work seems to be more on device firmware/OS level and heavy focus on security features and windows patches and bug fix, lots of devops-like work Yoe 3 Tc:200k
