Microsoft application status change from "Your interview is underway" to "Application Review"
Any idea what does it mean?

Hmmm that’s interesting. Maybe it’s just a system thing? You could reach out to the recruiter who set up your interviews and ask them about the change in status. How long has it been since you did the interview loop?
I understand that it's anxiety inducing to wait for interview results. But dude, 'application review' seems pretty self explanatory. They are reviewing your application and don't have a result to inform you of yet.

The system...is not that sophisticated. For the most part, workflows are fragmented and broken. You should Probably just ignore the statuses you see as they don't reflect realjty.

Yes, does it means i didnt clear the interview
I would make the assumption that you "passed the interview" and your application is being reviewed by a hiring committee of some sort. I don't know how Microsoft works.
