Microsoft bing loop interview
Can anybody please share their experience for loop interview for Microsoft bing team for program Manager. Any tips for Preparation ?
Microsoft's interview process for me was 1 product design interview, 1 strategy / technical interview, and the remaining 2 were behavioral for the onsite. For bing, I have heard they throw in a techinical interview in there too. I'd recommend that you spend some time thinking about some new product ideas for Bing / think through strategic ideas you'd pitch. When I was preparing, I reread some of my college lectures to go over some of the technical concepts for distrbiuted sytems (I work on Azure) and then took product alliance's hacking the pm interview course. Their videos were really good at showing really strong interview answers, and I actually got 2 of the questions from their interview list word for word during my interview which was clutch
