Microsoft hiring event
What is covered in the Microsoft virtually onsite hiring event rounds? Is it 4 45 minutes rounds with different teams, and does it incorporate LC and System Design? Anyone gone through the hiring event and could share their experience?
Here is the scripted email from recruiter Format: 4x 45 Minute Interviews (extending up to 1 hr if extra time required) with 15-30 minute breaks between rounds and a lunch break after round 2. 15-20 minutes of behavioral / work experience questions 30-40 minutes technical challenge 3x rounds algo and data structure problem solving 1x round of design (primarily OOD with scalability but prep for system design also)
I was given the exact script and I have mine interview next week
Mine was 3 LCs and 1 SD. 2 were with Sr/Prn engineers, 2 were with mgrs. For me, rounds w engineers were a lot smooth and easy-going while mgrs were a bit tricky. Good luck!
