Microsoft hiring event
Hi guys, Yesterday I had my onsite for Microsoft. It had 4 rounds, each having 1 hr duration with breaks in between. Each round they asked 15-20 mins behavioral and then a coding question , followed by questionnaire at the end. I did 3/4 good and the last one I am not sure. Does anyone have an idea on what are my chances of getting an offer ? The role is for Redmond. #microsoft
This days they look for and match with every line of job description, it sucks 😔

Did you have to do an online assessment first? How hard was it, if so?
Yes, it had 3 questions. All were medium. It’s in codility
No system design or low level design?
Also, what’s your YOE?
No system design . My YOE: 2.8
