Azure asked me a couple of Leetcode hards

For Azure team interviewer asked my leetcode hard for phone interview
My interview was medium/hard
How’ did you prep?
Read CTCI. Did about 10 leetcode problems
I recently joined at 64, No coding question except one in screening which i screwed but convinced the interviewer that my code is correct. My friend who referred me was in feedback email loop (may be by mistake) and he shared the screenshot of my screening round feedback. My feedback was “bit rough at coding but was able to code correctly, excellent in system design, onsite rounds should focus more on coding). My good luck, All 4 onsite rounds were fully on system design surprisingly and i sailed through it easily.
Microsoft interviews are much less standardized. The format and difficulty changes drastically from group to group.
Damn ok
In general LeetCode medium is enough. I've never been able a hard.
