Microsoft interview timeline
It’s been three week since my last round of the onsite interview. I felt everything went well in all 4 rounds and I am also a Microsoft alumni. Followed up with both the recruiter and the HM and got no reply. What does it implicate? Is it a ghosted no or should I still keep my hopes up. #boomerang #onsite interview
My experience is similar, got contacted by the recruiter stating my profile is shortlisted and coordinator will schedule the first round. Coordinator called took my availability, didnt come back for 3 weeks. Another coordinator called and scheduled with other team. Recuiter told me the 1st postion got filled internally . Had the round with second team , yet to hear back. This is the summary( it was little more convoluted than this). All this made me less excited about the position 😔😔.
Did you follow up?
Multiple times with nutliple channels but they generally dont respond , except when they want to communicate something 😁😁
Similar situation… loop went well and was told I should get a decision in 5 days. Been 2 weeks so am assuming it’s bad news. Position was for a PM.
Same here. I completed 4 rounds on 10th, No update until now, When contacted, the recruiter informed me that the candidature is on hold while they evaluate other candidates. The wait is driving me crazy.

How was the system design round ?
Had similar experience, got positive result after 3 weeks ghosting. But what happened? There was a reorg and the position was closed. I hope it goes well for you.
