Microsoft offer

Asking for a friend. He got a very lowball offer at Microsoft, but he's still planning to accept and renege later in case of any better offer. He hates his current job and wants to leave it asap! Does Microsoft put you on blacklist if you renege their offer? Any other consequences that should be thought of? PS: I know of a friend who did the same thing 2 years ago and still got a call from them last year. #engineering #software #swe @Microsoft
