What level and what is the TC?

Do not accept and reject unless you want to get blacklisted. Reneging is not OK.

Don’t play with fire, Amazon and msoft are not very different. What position are you interviewing for ?

Tell them you need more time. You can even straight up tell them that you have a few more pending interviews over the next few weeks, if they press for an explanation. Simple as that. If they want you today, they're still going to want you in a month (or two, or three). The only reason they WOULDN'T keep an offer open (formally or otherwise i.e. extend a new one) is if they have enough qualified (AND interested**) candidates in the pipeline to fill all of their relevant reqs within the requested timeframe...which almost nobody actually does. **"Interested" is key, because anybody getting offers from any reasonably selective company will have--or is fully capable of getting--several others.

Not always the case. Microsoft did not want to wait for me to finish Google’s interview process.

It's not a guarantee (like I said--they MIGHT fill the role(s) they have available), but here's a tip: talk to the hiring manager(s) directly. They're the ones who actually control the reqs (also worth noting that companies with team agnostic hiring/intake processes will often hold offers for as much as 6-12 months, even as a matter of formal policy). Recruiters, meanwhile, will almost always pressure you to sign ASAP and are incentivized to claim that the offer has a hard expiration date (not necessarily a lie as much as a half-truth), as that's the metric they're measured against.

Tell Amazon you have an offer from MS so they expedite you. Tell MS you have upcoming interviews and ask them to wait. They might bitch but they'll do it if you're good

Don't accept and reject. That's never OK.

Ask Amazon to expedite. I had an interview with them and they actually asked me if I was in late stages with other companies and if so, they would expedite the process. Then tell MS that you are waiting on other offers and to extend the validity a bit more.

Amazon is most definitely not better for your career growth. How many people are at Amazon 2 years after their original offer? 4? Almost no one. They are the on the use em up and burn em out code monkey plan.

It is quite likely Ms wont wait unless it's very soon after(they are unlikely to wait 3 weeks). I would try to expedite with Amazon as soon as possible if you really want to go through their process. What are the details of your ms offer? You can probably get feedback on whether it's worth going through the Amazon interview.
