Got the below offer for Software Engineer 2 position in Microsoft, Redmond. Any room to negotiate? I don’t have any other offers. Base: 141k Sign-on:40k RSU:75k/4 years YOE: 4 years

Why don’t you try? If we say no, will you not try? If we say yes but they won’t give you more will you be mad?

20k immediate. 20k next year
I get that vest is over 4 yrs, but is that 75k/yr or for all 4 yrs? If all 4 that works out to ~160 tc or 170 tc if you count signing bonus over 4 yrs. (Seems on the low side)

I got the same offer last month, they didn’t negotiate on the RSU. And i bet it is 61
I asked recruiter if it’s L61 or L62. She said can’t share that info
Others here with offers know their level why wouldn’t your recruiter tell?
My recruiter wouldn’t tell me either. We got experienced ones, darn it!
