Issues with sleep
I have attended Microsoft SWE loop in 2021 (during the hiring spree). I was very sure that I would receive an offer, as i solved all the questions optimally and there was no SD round. Behavioral round also went fine. Even the hiring manager mentioned that he was impressed. After two days, recruiter sent me a default rejection email. I asked for feedback and she just ghosted me even after multiple follow ups. After that my resume is not being picked even for a perfect match positions at Microsoft. I applied after 6 months, 1 year, and even after 2 years. I feel like my recruiter has messed up something in my profile internally. I kindly need help from a Microsoft recruiter or someone who can check my profile internally. Thanks in advance. Edit: I actually cheated (used second screen) during the interview. I am ashamed and regret it. I was unprepared at that time, I didn’t know what to do. Is there anyway I can come out of it?
You probably got flagged for cheating.
Op are you indian
No, but how does that matter?
OP, your resume getting picked for resume is just pure luck. I had my offer yanked from meta for new grad, now even with experience I can’t get a call back for their new grad role. It just means they aren’t hiring as much as they used to before, and no recruiter really cares that you got an offer in the past in this market. It isn’t because you cheated.
If you gonna cheat, just use second laptop or phone.
Move on. You get caught cheating at most FAANG-type companies, it’s a permanent mark on your profile
Create another account??
It is same even with different account. Heard that even if I create a different account, it get merged to single account internally somehow. May be they use something unique like dob or LinkedIn id to merge them.
Neah.. woman! We don't have that much AI yet. If you ever been in the full interview loop you would know.
