Microsoft vs Intel hardware levels comparison
Currently in discussions with Microsoft for a Principal hardware engineer position. In Intel at grade 9. Would have been in grade 10 this year if not for stoppage of merit/rewards cycles. How does the levels compare for hardware between these 2 firms for grade 9 and grade 10? Current TC: 153K @ Intel India, 18 YOE #intel #micrososft, #levels #hardware #semiconductor

There are 2 principal level at msft. 65 and 66. You should Target 66. Mid level G9 = 65
