Microsoft vs Oracle (SDE 1)

Hey guys, I have a SDE 1 offers from Oracle, Santa Clara and Microsoft, Redmond. Posting my compensation below. Please help me evaluate the offers. I have 1.5 YOE. Microsoft, Redmond: $120k base $75k stocks total $8k relocation $15k joining bonus Oracle OCI, Santa Clara $135k base $180k stocks total $7k relocation $10k joining bonus I am personally leaning towards Microsoft as I like its work culture from what I have heard and I prefer the Washington area. I haven't negotiated yet with Microsoft, any ideas how much I can negotiate and on which points? Thank you for the help!
