Offer details are Base: ~13.3 L JB: 5 L RSU: 42k USD Performance: 0 - 20 % of base Standard msft benefits #tech
Go with Microsoft. IMO, all bad wlb and suppressing culture with no empathy towards young engineers, is definitely a no to sprinklr.
Did you work at Sprinklr ?
Definitely not sprinklr, had a terrible experience, no wlb.. ridiculous deadlines asked to work on weekends. There may be some good teams as well.. I haven't heard of them.
There are no good teams, all teams are controlled by the CTO and have to work weekends, or else get fired.
Microsoft in a heartbeat !!
Hey op, what did you choose?
Writing late, Can confirm culture is shit and taking msft would be better, you get time for personal things and prepration for switching, rest, social life.. If one thinks career growthwise, honestly here most of the learning is due to working in running deadlines of client demand and tinkering with garbage code they have maintained over years, only a few seniors have been here long enough (people leave in 6-18 months) to know the whole codebase and they run the show, so whatever standards they decide you have to follow, some of the standards which were made in earlier years but got updated were not changed everywhere in code so lot of legacy code still persists, and since you wont get any documentation you will have to explore and understand those standards to work. Mostly there is a mismatch in newer files and older files. Teammates will help but not at cost of their own time, as everyone is overburdened. Even if you think moneywise(which you shouldn't at start of your career) The sprinklr money wont make much sense once you start working 12-14 hrs a day for them, all things will feel like shit.. If you stay in software you will get TC eventually by getting more offers, staying here and getting high hikes(33-100%) is not everyones cup of tea, but i assure you can easily get more money than sprinklr at senior roles at other companies in 1/10th the effort, market pay scales have been updated and sprinklr is lagging behind in competing

I have two PoVs - Microsoft looks great on resume and open doors - Sprinklr gives lot more learning than MS. There are chances you can get stuck at a poor team at MS. But you can also get something like Azure which can be a great team. That's why, maybe ask the recruiter about the team or so
I doubt new grads get assigned teams before they join. It's all luck
Nope Microsoft offers choices of teams. This year they had a webinar with info on all teams and we have to give are team/location preference
