Microsoft vs Verily

Hey Have an offer from MS Azure Networking in Bay area and Verily Life sciences. The offers are mostly similar. Heard stories about bad WLB in MS Networking. Blind doesn't seem to have favorable reviews about verily either. Need some info from experienced folks both at Verily and MS. Is it better to give MS networking a chance and/or move within a year or to go ahead with Verily. Also if you can shed some about internal transfer at MS, I'd really appreciate it. The TC difference isn't significant enough for me to choose one over the other.
