Microsoft/Meta SWE Lead looking for referral for eng or design roles
Hi, looking for referrals for mid-to-senior level SWE / Design IC or management roles. I’ve worked as a SWE lead and design manager at Microsoft, Meta, and fast-growing startups — just looking for a change of pace and a new challenge after many years in the same org. I can refer to any roles any level any discipline globally. I typically recommend capping applications at 5 so you don’t seem like you’re spam applying
