Just spend money here using your Indian credit card.
Its not transfer actually you need to pay to the firm like western money etc via credic card who will deposit money on your behalf but charges are very high

They don’t allow transfer unless it has a specific reason - student loan , property sold money with documents etc.
I could easily transfer money, they did not ask such questions
