Hi all, I have been part of adobe since past 4.5 years and I am out of RSUs now. My career growth has been great at Adobe. This year I will turn CS 2. And I totally give the credit to the team in which I landed and the opportunities that I got. Since RSU were expiring I applied in couple of companies and I am through the interview process MS, gave me 40% hike level 62. All the peers who moved from CS2 got 63 level at MS, what do u think shall I wait for another year and apply again or go after the money and join MS at 62. TOE: 5.5 Current TC: 45LPA Offer TC: 60LPA Pros of staying at Adobe 1) At a Senior Position 2) Good recognition in my Team Con of staying at Adobe 1) Out of RSU Pro of joining MS 1) 40 % hike Con of joining MS 1) Bad work in Noida office 2) Level 63 is far away will take at least 2-3 years #adobe #microsoft\
1 thing you should know is that Msft can still level down a CS2, 5YoE fetches SDE2 in almost all cases unless they already have excellent TC or brand.
TC and offer first? Position doesn't make sense if they are not paying you upto that. Will you become director of a startup at 5k per month?
Dude, wait till month end for focal before deciding any thing. MTS 2 moves to L62 and you might have seen many examples of it. Refreshers at 62 are peanuts.
