Mongo comp and interview for Sr engineer role
I'm interviewing for a Sr engineer role and the recruiter was upfront in telling me that TC will be 350-380. @mongo mates: 1. Can you tell me how's the comp structure at Mongo? What are the chances of getting 400 for Sr engineer? Levels shows the average is around 340. 2. How is Atlas team, and how's the interview with the team? Rec said the onsite will be 2 coding, 1 system design and 1 HM interview. Are coding regular LC medium or should I expect language/domain specific questions? TC 360
If you include the bonus and yearly refreshers, your TC should reach 400 i think. Atlas team is great, expect LC Medium/Hard for sure. Domain specific questions depends on the team those rounds typically weigh less.
