More money vs Higher Postion
Hey folks new here, What should be someone’s preference with experience under 10 years to chase money or stay at an organisation for a higher position. I have seen people with staff title earning same as someone with lesser experience and lesser title

For early career, higher position gives you bargaining opportunity for next role at equal or higher position which eventually will result in more money. If you have more money at lower position, you will price yourself out of market by reducing your options. Eventually in the same organisation that will result in lower money.
