Hi,
Looking to accept an offer with MS, have a call with the recruiter to talk about comp tomorrow. Any tips for what to ask, I do not want to undercut myself.

I had this same call, don't say your current salary...
I said I was expecting a range between x and y... I got the bottom of the two numbers. So if you go for the range strategy, make sure the bottom number is the one you really want.
Edit: just wanted to mention I told them my company was going to counter with a match, I ended up getting the top of the two numbers after they upped their offer.
Not far, the range I got from them. In the initial screening call I was told the role was between a 5k difference so I said that in the HR screen.... Low and behold i was offered the lower if the two numbers
