Base : 190K Bonus : 100k ( Discretionary ) 401K : 0 match Relo : 10k Designation : VP Can I ask to remove word discretionary from the Bonus and make it confirmed. I guess they are fooling me and won't pay the Bonus at the end pretending on company, team and my performance.
