Has anyone tried transferring stocks from Morgan Stanley to interactive Brokers or any other brokerage account? Can someone please let me know the steps to do the same and charges associated with the stock transfer

I have done MS -> Fidelity. you can open F brokerage account. initiate a transfer of assets at fidelity website. you will choose moving from MS. it will show you the steps. You have to download a pdf file from MS and fill all the data, sign it and mail it to Fidelity transfer assets address. once received they will mail it to MS. MS customer service will call you to confirm all data you filled in that forum. it will take up to 2 weeks for stocks to appear. I didn’t pay anything.
