Mortgage lenders that use RSU
Hi All, In the market to buy a home. I Recently put an offer on a house(1.5million)..the seller asked that I submit my financial docs to their preferred lender to see if I qualify. The preferred lender said they don't consider RSUs and seller skipped on our offer. Can you share lenders who consider RSUs (not just on their website) Tc: 310k #personalfinance
Lenders don't consider yearly RSUs? Especially Google RSUs? That seems strange.
Local credit unions used to working with tech employees and their vesting schedules. First Tech in Seattle area or Evergreen Home Loan were both willing to add in Google RSU into income. Happy to share mortgage broker contact info if you want.
I see better.com considers RSUs, have reached out to them. But please do share/DM your brokers info
