Amazon went from being an online book store to a tech giant (AWS/Alexa/Amazon Games/etc), so they get my vote.

Definitely none of these. Almost certainty a small company that's been acquired, or spaceX or Neuralink.

If you want to add wow factor to innovation then I think carbon takes my vote but among this companies Amazon nailed it.
It's between Amazon, Microsoft, and Google of those listed. I would say Tesla should be there but it's not a SW Tech company like all others on the list.
