Canceling debt isn’t inflationary or costing tax payers
Or do u do a 50/50 split regardless of who has a higher total comp.
Weighted split by TC unless both are unemployed in which case split 50/50. Gives each the dignity to contribute within their ways and means.
Doesn't make sense. This weighting implies a partner continues to contribute just as much even if they are earning 0. 50/50 is equal contribution. And I personally would also weight it by income, but both parties are clear in that case that it's not an equal contribution.
Don’t do any favors. 50/50 for anything beyond a one-time purchase.
These tesla people. Always brutal :p
50/50 if I make less, split by TC if I make more.
Apartment or something you own?
Apartment
Then 50/50 unless one party offers to pay more to upgrade the place.
You skewed your own results by adding the third option.
If you want to split 50-50 then get a place that fits the budget of the person making less .... if the one making more wants a fancier place it’s ( the difference) on them 😏
Must not be a very significant other
Just split it 50/50, who cares?
Slightly weighted, but close to 50/50
The only right answer.
