I'm an ex-Facebook (biz) programme manager (IC5) and have been a Product Manager for an unknown brand for the last year. I also got an MBA. I'm starting to get bored and want to move back to more complex challenges in a bigger company. I'd ideally like to return as an IC5/6 and have been prepping product sense, but I know small company experience doesn't always directly map. Does anyone have any advice in terms of things to prep or specific experience to gain? (ie analytics, system design, etc.)

How are Facebooks challenges more complex than your startups?
Its just less scope. The challenges at 20k enterprise users is less than hundreds of millions in B2C.
How is it less scope? More users to acquire. Are you solving scale issues at your startup?
