Thinking of getting into meditation... Intensely. As in, 1h+ per day. What tech will support that? Do people like Muse? Or do birds chirping away distract from getting deeper into meditation? Any other wearables useful?
I'd recommend Headspace, a guided (mindfulness) meditation app, to orient you. Maybe a timer. You don't need much tech - people have been meditating for thousands of years. I don't recommend music.
Calm app is expensive but most customizable. Great UI. Worth the price.
