It looks like a decelerator or other threshold based on quota. Unless it's based on something that happened downstream of your activity (in which case it shouldn't be there unless it's super clear on why)? Is there a plan doc that says what/why it's there?
what is a performance charge? this looks super entry level abuse-y.
Yes to both, the first 3 months of the position they don’t include it, then they throw it in there until you become senior… currently looking for another job
