Hello, I'm a computer engineering senior and will graduate with my degree in May 2024 from an R1 university. My GPA currently is 3.75 and I have a very keen interest in working for TI. TI is literally my dream company, and I would appreciate it if someone could refer me. #texasinstruments
Excuse me. Your dream WHAT??! 🤣🤣🤣
TI have had like 12 or so jobs to recent graduates from April to now and some were just technician roles, some were generic "STEM" required positions which aren't actually engineering. Unfortunately, they aren't hiring that many people.
Try to be a chip designer at TI although it may require advanced degree. I would stay away from application engineering teams as they will not be core engineering, but some sort of sales guys. I assume you would prefer core engineering as GPA points out.
TI is my least favorite vendor in the industry, but gl.
Can you elaborate on that?
TI is my dream company - said no one ever. Except OP, OP is special.
