NBCUniversal Job Titles vs Media Agency
This is a long shot but does anyone know what the equivalent of a Marketing Manager at NBCU/Comcast is at a media agency? For example, is an agency Marketing Manager/Supervisor equivalent in experience and compensation to an NBCU Marketing Manager?

By experience level, managers at media agencies is about 3 to 4 experience. I would assume marketing manager at NBCU can get you an associate director role at agencies.

That job at NBCU would make around 100K give or take. It’s probably close to your agency comparison.
