IRS Warns Thousands of Taxpayers They Could Face Jail Time
My wife and I had a baby an year ago and plan to have a second kid but atleast 3-4 years later. What is the safest birth control option from perspective of not getting pregnant and also health of my wife? Birth control pills have hormones that affect women physically and mentally, so that's not an option. We don't wanna do the rubber (condom) either. Currently thinking of copper iud to be the best option we have. Any suggestions you have please let me know.#marriage #relationships #kids
3 out of 3 girlfriends like the Mirena iud and the hormones actually drastically reduce periods so you may not like that but it's great for them. Getting it inserted how ever is super uncomfortable they tell me ..
Have you done research on how it affects women reg irregular or reduced periods? It's mind boggling that birth control industry just targets women and no one cares about how it affects women. So much of misinformation and ignorance
I'm a software engineer so I don't do research, but yeah, we read the mayo clinic data and some other sources, its fda approved. Its a drug so there are trade offs. If you aren't comfortable with that, use a rubber or don't have sex. I'm just reporting 3 anecdotal cases
IUD
Copper or hormonal?
Pack of 10 is 30 smth on Amazon
Get a copper IUD. The progestin one is not a necessary thing, unless you have some sort of corner case. Unless you don't agree with how IUD works for some religious or other moral principles, it's the best you will get.
Talking to my female friends, copper IUD seems to be the best hormone free option these days. Lasts 10 years and supposed to be very effective. And why do you people suggest condoms when he says they don't want to use those? If you're single and banging different women, yeah then condoms for STD protection but condoms are a PITA if you're married or have a steady partner and are just trying to prevent pregnancy.
I’d recommend the hormonal IUD. The copper one causes a lot of women increased cramping and periods. Whereas my periods basically stopped with the hormonal one (used to get heavy periods). Highly recommend.
Heard hormones messes up women physically and psychologica
hormones in the IUD are very localized and low dosage.
I have the copper IUD and haven't had any unmanageable side effects (slightly heavier periods and cramping). Would recommend as long as she doesn't already have painful periods!
How do birth control pills affect women physically and mentally? Genuinely asking for my own concern. I’ve been on a birth control pill for a few years and all it’s done is clear up my skin and make my periods predictable along with the desired effect of no unpredicted pregnancies for me and my partner.
Google is your friend...also my guess is you might have already been at the bottom..you can only go up from there
Similar with my ex, cleared her skin and periods were easy. Except she would be sad, cry for no reason, and not have any sex drive. Took her going of the pill to realize that it was messing with her.
Why is birth control option only for women?
For men too.. just that me and my wife don't like the condom...other temporary birth control options are not effective on men...
Why only women should get pregnant?
