Slacking Off
Recently switched to using Slack. Any advice on slacking off? I was thinking just install Slack on my phone and leave the house during the day to fuck around. Will my team be able to see that I am online on my phone but not my laptop? Will my status become inactive if I don't have the Slack app running on my phone? Any advice would be appreciated. I play a 10 hr YouTube video on my computer to keep it from sleeping soo that my slack status stays green while I nap 😴

Who keep watching you, if you are online or not?
Some people won't message unless I'm marked as online, and then complain later. It's annoying, but easier to keep the status online than to fix their weird messaging hangups.

Your status can be set as "active" from your phone or laptop. There's no way to tell if someone is active from their computer vs phone.
Sorry to bring it to you but your colleagues will see it from your commits, lack of progress, lack of responses on tickets etc ... But nice comp' for that experience, great job !
