Imo base is good but equity for IC5 could be higher like 150-200k With the current high price of nvda, it's better to ask higher equity to cover yourself in case stock drops in the near term.
Base isn’t good.. it’s base + bonus at any other company.
Maybe I'm out of touch, but in what world is a 250k base not good?

Is it hw or sw? I think IC5 for 8yoe is an extremely good deal. There are so many stuck at ic3/ic4 levels with that yoe
NVIDIA offers are much lower than FAANG, but frankly for 8YOE this isn’t bad. Seems low for IC5, but what does levels say? Stock appreciation is what has made people the $$$ at NVIDIA
Don’t expect FAANG level base and stock options at NVIDIA…. But with this, you do get job security and every growing stock prices 😀 do u need anything else ?
But you know stocks don’t go up forever. NVDA stock is too much pumped now and the bubble of NVDA is going to burst very soon. If you know how stock market works, you should know this. $110k rsu is going to be $40k by the time they vest.
